Salary: £25,584 to £27,269 FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT
Actual starting salary is £20,652 per annum 
Working Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week - 45 weeks per year (39 weeks term time plus 6 weeks)

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Site Manager to join our thriving school.&nbsp; Previous experience in site work in a school is preferable but not essential.
The main duties will be to arrange and supervise contractors, ensure heating, lighting and alarm systems are checked regularly to ensure they are operational.&nbsp; To carry out maintenance and DIY, undertake checks and maintain records to meet statutory health &amp; safety requirements e.g., COSHH, Legionella, Fire Safety etc.&nbsp; To maintain our site to a high standard and kept safe for pupils, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, be proactive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also need to be competent in general maintenance and be able to undertake a range of minor repairs and maintenance unsupervised across the school.

Site Maintenance Officer (PART-TIME MORNINGS ONLY)
The Governors of Weaverham High School are looking to appoint a morning Site Maintenance Officer to start as soon as possible.&nbsp; The successful applicant will be reliable, able to work on his or her own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team.&nbsp;
The post is permanent subject to a satisfactory references and probationary period.&nbsp; The salary range for this post is Grade 4 12.65 to £13.05 an hour, 20 hours a week, full year.(Annually FTE £24,404 to £25,183)

SITE MAINTENANCE OFFICER – AAAD5005&nbsp;&nbsp; PERMANENT – 15 hrs per week 38 weeks p/a
We are seeking to appoint a Site Maintenance Officer to join our hardworking and committed team.&nbsp; The candidate should possess good communication and organisational ability and a range of practical skills.&nbsp; This post is permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will need a range of skills to ensure the efficient maintenance of our modern (2018) building and its grounds. The role will include maintaining health and safety standards, carrying out minor repairs, some cleaning duties (including maintenance of the roof drainage system – access is via fixed internal ladders), general maintenance (to include basic plumbing, joinery and electrics), decorating, liaising with contractors, ordering supplies and opening the school premises.&nbsp; Supervision of vehicles to ensure safe, approved access when pupils are dropped off in the morning is also part of the role.
Working hours are 15 hours per week from 7:30am until 10:30am, with the possibility of regular paid additional hours.&nbsp; Although this is a term time only position (38 weeks per annum), there is the possibility of paid additional hours during school holidays as and when needed. This is a key-holder position and therefore there is a requirement to attend any alarm call out or emergency.
