We also have partnerships with other schools outside of Havering and offer bespoke solutions and assistance to individual schools and businesses which have their own In- House catering teams
HES Catering on-going success is very straightforward – We have amazing Colleagues throughout all of our sites bursting with experience who carefully prepare ‘Healthy, Fresh, Vibrant &amp; Tasty’ meals with the highest quality produce for our wonderful Clients. We serve over 15,000 meals per day in our schools.

 To undertake the preparation, simple cooking and the serving of food and beverages in accordance with the Council’s contractual arrangements.
To support the kitchen supervisor in all aspects of the food service and to assume responsibility of the food service in the supervisor’s absence&nbsp;

The Epsom Playhouse, situated in Epsom town centre, comprises a 450 seat main stage auditorium, 80 seat Myers Studio Theatre and 65 seat Upper bar space.
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic individuals to work behind the bar and deliver first class service helping to promote a rapidly growing programme of professional and community performances. You will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills (able to provide a high level of service to customers) who can maximise sales through effective customer care and contribute ideas and practical assistance to fulfil marketing strategies.
&nbsp;With an interest in the arts you will fulfil the following criteria:

<li>A commitment to the delivery of first-class customer care</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and deal with different groups of people</li>
<li>A confident disposition, calm under pressure, with a good sense of humour</li>
<li>Experience of dealing with cash and balancing end of day takings</li>

<li>Self-motivated, with ability to work on own initiative</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, as and when required, including weekends and public holidays throughout the year including during the Christmas and New Year period</li>
