We are looking to appoint a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Boughton Heath Academy who is both reliable and hard working. It would be beneficial if the applicant has experience in a similar role. The role purpose will be to undertake, normally under supervision, the preparation, cooking, serving and clearing away of food and general cleaning outlined in the job description. However, the applicant will be expected to undertake such work as may be determined by the Principal/ Governing Body from time to time, up to or at a level consistent with the main responsibilities of the job.
The post is term time only: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Applications are invited for cleaning and catering staff to work in various Schools and Public buildings to cover staff holidays and absence.&nbsp; We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work both individually and as part of a team. You will be available to work as and when required.&nbsp; &nbsp;Duties will include but are not limited to:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Day to day cleaning, i.e. buffing and vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets and other hard surfaces</li>
<li>Carrying out task to ensure that a professional catering service is provided at a high standard i.e. preparing food, setting up the dining room, serving children, cleaning the kitchen etc.</li>
</ul>
Relevant training will be provided.
Hours of Work&nbsp;&nbsp;
