Suitable candidates will need to have both practical skills and be sensitive to the needs and requirements of individuals using the service.  Experience of working with different client groups would be desirable.</p>\n<p>As you will be working with members of the public daily, the ability to work with a positive approach, be flexible to meet the needs of each individual and work with a welcoming approach and a sense of humour is essential.</p>\n<p>If you are a committed, self-motivated person who wants to make a difference to the lives of individuals in the communities we serve we are keen to hear from you.</p>\n<p><strong>About Runnymede</strong></p>\n<p>Runnymede is an ambitious, passionate, and progressive council with a forward- thinking attitude and award-winning departments.
