This is a wide and varied role, working as part of a team, providing strong administrative support.</li>\n<li>Responding to enquiries from residents and other internal and external stakeholders as first point of contact and deal with a variety of tenancy and estate management issues. </li>\n<li>Providing cover for Neighbourhood Leads to ensure consistency of service and to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you should be:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.</li>\n<li>Able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination.
