As The Observatory School grows we are adding to a team which has high expectations and sets high standards for both pupils and colleagues.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager based at the schools, Vyner Campus to support with our expanding staff team and increased pupil numbers.
This job comes at the most critical junction in the school's development, we are currently spearheading the development and opening of a third campus whilst we are approaching completion of the second.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, conscientious, and proactive, self-motivated and will complement the whole school team.
You will take on a key role, maintaining and developing our school site ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role; have excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone; be well presented and act as an ambassador for the School.
Your knowledge, skills and experience are important, but so will be your emotional intelligence and resilience. You will be empathetic and compassionate but have the ability to set clear boundaries and expectations.
Expectations are high, challenges you have never faced before will come from all directions and the expectation will be on you to meet them in line with the vision of school.

Closing date for the vacancy is 6th September 2024 with an immediate commencement date, although this is negotiable.
