Job Description
To work as a part of a team to ensure the safety, welfare and enjoyment of pupils during the midday break, in accordance with the whole school behaviour policy.&nbsp; To promote the lunch break as positive play.&nbsp; To be a positive role model for the children by following the school’s expected code of behaviour and mission statement.
To be responsible for the supervision of children in the following areas as well as transitioning:

Main purpose:
The caretaker and cleaning team as a whole are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school. Each cleaner will be responsible for an area and will be expected to clean to the frequency and standard set out. At the direction of the Head teacher, or Care taker, cleaning staff will clean other areas as required. The Head teacher will delegate the monitoring of the cleaning to the Caretaker and it is their responsibility to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are reached and maintained. From time to time the Headteacher will carry out spot checks on areas within the school.
Main Duties - Daily
Toilet and Cloakroom Areas:

School Crossing Patrol - Hoo St Werburgh

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Valuation &amp; Asset Management Surveyor, a Chartered Surveyor with 5 years post qualification to manage activities within a valuation &amp; asset management team including being responsible for day-to-day service delivery decisions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. Accountabilities and outcomes: • Undertake the review, acquisition, letting and disposal of land and property, including preparation of valuations, negotiating and making recommendations, seeking approvals from Cabinet and Full Council as required in order to meet the council's and its partner’s strategic and operational, regeneration and investment/financial requirements. • Undertake statutory annual asset valuations and help oversee the process to adhere to statutory financial reporting and deadlines. The Customer Relations Team handles complaints for all corporate and social care services. We are seeking a person who is committed to working within the small but busy Customer Relations Team.
