<li>This post is a unique opportunity to join us as an Education Partnership Manager to work collaboratively across the directorate to support transition, drive service improvement, and support the Local Authority in fulfilling its statutory responsibilities related to schools causing concern, headteacher recruitment, and the development of collaborative best practice networks</li>
<li>We are looking to appoint three enthusiastic Education Partnership Managers to act as the named officers for a designated group of educational settings, monitoring their performance and identifying early signs of concern</li>
<li>We have an inspirational leadership team who have a fresh vision, dedicated to driving practice forward.&nbsp;&nbsp;As the Manager for the Education Partnership team, you will lead the Local Authority's response, develop and implement effective action plans to address underperformance in accordance with the statutory guidance ‘Schools Causing Concern’ whilst actively engaging with school leaders, governors, and local partners to strengthen leadership, enhance collaboration, and drive continuous school improvement</li>
<li>The Education Partnership Manager will be a strategic leader adept at navigating leadership, HR, finance, and regulatory complexities, with a strong grasp of Ofsted and broader inspection frameworks</li>
<li>As an Education Partnership Manager, the post holder will have a strong background in educational leadership or management, with expertise in Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework and key regulations.&nbsp;They will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.&nbsp;A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion is essential, alongside the ability to analyse data to drive informed decision-making and school improvement</li>
