The governors of Grange Community Nursery and Primary School would like to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join our innovative and nurturing team. This position is to commence as soon as possible and will be temporary in the first instance.
Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Ensuring that lunchtimes are an enjoyable and safe experience for all the children, so that they are physically and mentally prepared to learn during the afternoon.</li>
<li>The safety, welfare and conduct of pupils during lunchtimes, in classrooms, dining room, playground and when moving from one area to another.</li>
<li>Preparing the dining room for school lunches and clearing away afterwards.</li>

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual with excellent communication skills to join our team of Midday Assistants. &nbsp;The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring supervision of pupils during the lunchtime period both in the dining hall area and during playground activities. Afterschool Club Manager
Hours: 13.75&nbsp;hours per week (Mon-Fri 3:15pm-6pm)
The staff and Governor’s at Darnhall Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable afterschool club manager to join our team.
The afterschool club manager is a member of a team of practitioners responsible for the care and safety of the children in our Afterschool Club, ‘Homehub’. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of Afterschool Club, where children from age 3-11 are cared for in a home-from-home environment. The manager will work as part of a team providing activities for the children’s health and wellbeing in a secure environment. They are required to manage groups of children and to use their own initiative to organise activities and tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management
<ul>
<li>Oversee the daily operation of the afterschool club, ensuring a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment for all children.</li>
<li>Supervise and support staff, ensuring roles are clearly defined and duties are performed effectively.</li>
<li>Lead by example, promoting professionalism, teamwork and high standards of conduct.</li>
<li>Ensure appropriate staff ratios and deploy staff effectively within the environment to meet children’s needs.</li>
</ul>
Childcare and Safeguarding
<ul>
<li>Ensure the welfare, safety and wellbeing of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate registers, emergency contacts and health/allergy information.</li>
<li>Ensure basic first aid is administered as necessary and record any accidents or incidents promptly in accordance with school policy.</li>
<li>Promote positive behaviour and manage any behavioural issues consistently and fairly, feeding back to parents and SLT as necessary.</li>

Welfare Assistant/Continence Coach
Dorin Park School, Upton, Chester
Grade 3, SCP 2 - 4, (Hourly Rate £12.65-£13.05)
5 days per week, up to 30 hours per week (9.10 am – 3.40 pm)

We are a successful and caring Special School looking for the right person to provide welfare assistance to our lovely students, ages 4 to 19.
This will include help with toileting for a range of needs and working with students who are developing continence as they progress in their personal independence skills. We value experience but full training will be given to applicants with the right attitude and can-do approach who want to move into this line of work with a fantastic group of students who are incredibly rewarding to work with. This is a very active role and it involves moving around the whole school, a fast-paced environment with a need to respond quickly, as well as being a physical role which requires safe lifting and moving of students.
Other responsibilities include:
