Salary: APTC 2 Point 3 £28,616 pro rata (actual £5,128 p.a)

We are looking to appoint a Midday Assistant to join our hard-working, enthusiastic team of Midday Assistants who make lunchtimes happy, productive and safe for all of our children. You will be asked to help with:
<ul>
<li>the transition of pupils from class to the dining hall and/or the school playground;</li>
<li>supervising and supporting pupils whilst they eat;</li>
<li>promoting and supervising positive and active play and pupil relationships;</li>
<li>health, safety, security and basic first aid (after relevant training);</li>
<li>pupil discipline and behaviour management;</li>
<li>assisting pupils with their medical, physical and care needs, where appropriate.</li>

Midday Assistant &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Winnington Park Primary School and Nursery
 We are looking to appoint a hardworking and enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join our dedicated and committed team. &nbsp;The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring supervision of pupils during the lunchtime period, whilst the children have their lunch and during playground activities. Please refer to the job description for more information on the role and responsibilities. The grade 2 post will be for 1.5 hours a day, for 5 days a week, during term time only, from 12.00-1.30pm.
&nbsp;&nbsp; It is essential the candidate is a good team member, enjoys working with children, is able to use their initiative and make decisions in line with the school’s policies.&nbsp;
