You will provide advice and support to families of children with SEND below statutory school age, including guidance on appropriate provision and the effective management of transitions from non-maintained settings into maintained schools, ensuring positive and smooth transition experiences for children and families.You will develop and maintain strong multi-agency partnerships with professionals such as Educational Psychologists, Advisory Teachers, and health colleagues, and contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments at the Child Development Centre. As part of the wider Early Years SEND service, you will manage referrals and caseloads and participate in decision-making processes.The post also involves supporting the Government’s two-year-old funding programme by contributing to policy development and best practice. You will manage submissions to the Early Years Panel in relation to funding, monitor the Early Years budget in collaboration with the Senior Advisory Teacher, attend Early Years Panel meetings, and communicate funding decisions to relevant agencies.Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.<h2>About you</h2>You will have substantial experience of working with pre-statutory aged children and their families, developing, and maintaining positive, supportive relationships with parents and carers. We are seeking to appoint a Midday Assistant to join the dedicated team at Poulton Lancelyn Primary School to assist with the supervision of children at lunchtime. The role involves supervising the welfare of children aged 2-11 in the dining hall, playground and classroom.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic playleader to join our lunchtime team. The successful candidate will be hardworking and enthusiastic. You will be able to work as part of our established team, supporting pupils at lunctime by organising sporting activities for pupils across KS2. Flexibility to work additional hours as required, would be advantageous

We are looking to appoint a hardworking and enthusiastic Welfare Assistant to help our children have a happy and enjoyable lunchtime, supervise children as they eat their dinners and help them play well together. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team. The role involves: Ø The supervision of children within the dining hall, ensuring that the environment is safe at all times Ø Ensuring that children are engaged in meaningful play Ø Ensuring that children enter and leave the playground in an orderly manner Ø The supervision of children within the classroom during bad weather Ø The supervision of children within the playground ensuring that there are no signs of bullying and encouraging purposeful play within a happy stimulating environment. Ø The issue of minor first aid and attention to children who are unwell. Ø Having a calm manner and a good sense of humour To assist with any other duties as from time to time which may be allocated by the Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
