Reporting to the Interim Civic Development Manager you will be joining a very active development team working alongside Estate Surveyors, Building Surveyors, M&E Engineers, Project Managers and Architects. The purpose of the Civic Development Project is to engage in the regeneration of Tunbridge Wells Town Centre by delivering a new theatre, office and flexible civic suite and subterranean car park in an important location within the town and to procure the best future for the existing Town Hall. This is a high profile post providing construction and project management support to the Civic Development team.

As the project surveyor you will project manage a variety of construction contracts, engage in procurement and maintain key relationships with consultants and contractors to provide excellent project management and construction services alongside your professional colleagues in the Property Services team to deliver the Civic Development Project.
