You will provide a high-quality front-line specialist service focusing on building safety and compliance.&nbsp; You will assist in maintaining and ensuring our buildings are compliant and that people living in, working in or visiting our properties are safe. Provide a specialist cleaning service, which is complementary to the work of the Cleaning Department generally using equipment, materials and techniques additional to the routine cleaning work. Assist Management to make void properties available for letting with the least possible delay. The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and contractors is required as well as tact, diplomacy and the ability to negotiate.&nbsp; You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to achieve defined performance targets. Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous. Applicants must have a driving licence that is valid in the UK. A Standard DBC check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
