This is a key position directly supporting the revenue growth of Jobsgopublic, the leading supplier of digital recruitment solutions for the public sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to increase existing business and generate new leads from a territory in the north of England, where you will be accountable for selling a mixture of our search, advertising and software solutions.
We are extremely excited by our strategy for this region, where we now believe there is the opportunity for us to build a larger client base - which you will grow.
In-depth training and regular support will mean you will quickly become a Jobsgopublic product expert, giving you the right platform to succeed. We expect this role to be predominately field sales. However, you will be supported by office based staff, with the room for further team expansion in line with our ambitions.
What we expect…
In this exciting role, you’ll research and build relationships with new clients, whilst nurturing established links with existing clients to increase their spend. You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of Jobsgopublic’s products and services across executive search, advertising, tech and marketing.
By attending industry events, you’ll build a network of contacts and show yourself to be a sector and industry expert. You’ll create innovative solutions that match our client’s needs, and provide vital feedback on what our clients love.
With support from the Jobsgopublic team, you’ll flourish - smashing all your targets and achieving your goals.
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of field sales or recruitment advertising experience and outstanding consultative sales skills. You’ll be a top negotiator, with the ability to communicate with varying levels of client personnel. Most importantly, you’ll have a track record of building strong client relationships and the enthusiasm to make more great links.
Working predominately from home, this role requires you to use your own initiative when working alone, as well as excellent time, planning and project management skills.
