About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting community events? Bourne Hall is looking for a proactive and friendly Events Assistant to help ensure our venue runs smoothly and remains a welcoming space for all visitors, stakeholders, and hirers. Key Responsibilities

Senior Anti-Social Behaviour Enforcement Officer
We are looking to appoint a Senior Anti-Social Behaviour Enforcement Officer, to join a small team who is committed to supporting the community by tackling anti-social behaviour, as part of the Council’s Community Safety service.
The Officer will play a key part in working in partnership with Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire &amp; Rescue Service, Registered Providers and other partners and colleagues internally to make a difference. It is a fast-paced environment with short notice enforcement action as well as longer paced case work.
We are looking for an officer with knowledge of the relevant law, government guidance, policies and practice relating to tackling anti-social behaviour.&nbsp;
You will also need to have excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate information; to present clear, accurate and concise reports to a wide range of audiences, and an ability to work effectively with individuals, teams, customers, partners and staff, understanding the functions and needs of the service and the organisation.&nbsp;
We would like to hear from you if you can handle emotive and stressful situations and have excellent time management along with the experience in using the relevant tools and powers to tackle anti-social behaviour and ideally have managerial or supervisory experience. You will also provide support and deputise for the Manager as and when required.
The posts are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) at Enhanced level and Non-Police Personnel Level 2 (NPPV2F) clearance.

As the Arts and Community Development Manager you will encourage greater collaboration between local arts groups, strengthening the local arts sector.&nbsp; You will work in partnership with key stakeholders, explore funding opportunities and develop initiatives based on existing and emerging needs, setting targets and monitoring outcomes.&nbsp;
You will also be responsible for overseeing management of the Spelthorne Resource Centre acting as the principle point of contact for temporary staff.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of arts and heritage programming. Someone with a can-do attitude, willingness to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for community development and the ability to manage casual staff and volunteers.
You will be comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases and be able to interpret and convey complex information in plain English for a variety of audiences.
Please note that this post is identified as a hybrid post supporting both office and home working in line with Spelthorne Borough Council’s policy. The post holder will be required to attend the office in line with a rota and any service requirements.&nbsp; The post requires some evening and weekend work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our Operational Services team as we face the challenges of improving our recycling services and introducing new collection schemes.
The postholder will work closely with residents and businesses throughout Pendle promoting and encouraging participation in our new weekly food waste collection service as well as our existing dry mixed material recycling services.&nbsp;
The Service recognises to drive change we need to be able to communicate clearly and continuously on all levels to encourage our resident and customers to join us on the path to improvement.
The postholder will ideally have experience of working within a role where they have had contact with residents, neighbourhood groups, community leaders, schools or business groups.&nbsp;
The postholder will need to be flexible as some weekend, public Bank Holiday and evening working may be required to deliver our messages.
