The City of London Corporation is a uniquely diverse organisation with a special role and wide remit that spans the private, public and voluntary sectors, both locally and nationally. With a reputation for excellence, we’re now looking to appoint a Corporate Performance Manager to develop and deliver a new business planning and corporate performance process to support achievement of the City Corporation’s aims.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy & Performance, you will provide advice to Chief Officers, Heads of Finance and business planners to ensure that business plans align with corporate goals and performance data can be used to inform allocation of resources. Working alongside the Corporate Strategy Manager, you will ensure that learning is captured and used to drive continuous improvement.
You will be exposed to a high pressured, senior level political, public service and commercial environment and have experience in developing and driving business planning and corporate performance in a complex organisation and providing strategic advice to Chief Officers. In addition you will have a high level of political astuteness and awareness together with a thorough knowledge of public and local authority issues.
