Corporate contract manager? Can you manage our ICT and central services contracts?

At NHH, we exist to provide housing for those who otherwise wouldn't have a home. We run commercial businesses to ensure we can keep supporting those who need us most. We're offering a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to support our rapidly changing business.

We need your expertise. It will be your job to manage the transfer of our third party outsourced IT services between contractors before turning your attention to our contracts across corporate services. At this crucial time it'll be more than just keeping the lights on - our staff need the right tools to do their jobs well, and we've got a great opportunity with our new contract to make some quick wins as we get the new service up and running.

In addition to this major contract, we'll also trust you with the future procurement of our back-office contracts, so you'll work closely with key internal stakeholders to understand our varied contract requirements. You and your team will ensure that our contracts deliver excellent services, value for money and that we comply with our legislative, regulatory and corporate obligations.

Above all, we'll need you to be customer focused, delivering an excellent quality of service to our internal clients and partners. If you have the skills to match, we'll give you the authority to challenge the status quo.
