We currently have a vacancy in our Customer Service Team for a fixed term (up to 12 month) contract. The job involves working in the Council’s call centre as well as the Gateway.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a half-day skills assessment event on Monday 9th October centred around a series of job-related activities. If you are successful at this stage you will then be invited to attend a competency-based interview on Tuesday 10th October.
