You'll own a variety of escalation cases including but not limited to complaints, decants, high risk damp and mould, liaising with our customers through to completion all while ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction.<br><br>You're a customer-focused person who is passionate about driving improvements and offering a first-class service to our customers. You'll enjoy taking ownership of your work, focusing on several projects at any one time and you'll be committed to working as part of a team to improve efficiencies. You will be required to be in the Pitsea office a minimum of two days per week.<br><br>Your role covers everything from owning and coordinating ad-hoc projects and investigating and reporting on numerous sources of data.
