Hours - 28.80 hours per week.&nbsp;&nbsp; Monday – Friday (5 days per week) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on a part time permanent contract. &nbsp;

<li>The Community Equipment service provides both daily living equipment and nursing equipment to people in need living in the Sefton geographical area.&nbsp; You will assist in providing an effective and efficient equipment loan service to disabled people of all ages, including children, to support them in developing their full potential and maintaining their health and independence.</li>
<li>The main duties will involve day working in the Customer Services Department, providing administration support, booking of visits, use of database, accurate record keeping, with an excellent customer service manner responding to telephone calls and visitors to the Community Equipment Service.&nbsp; To also work in accordance with specified guidelines.</li>

As Customer Services Operations Manager, you will play a role in helping to deliver the Council’s priorities, and legal requirements set out by the General Register Office for England and Wales. You will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and managing the statutory Registration Service and Customer Liaison functions, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Your role will involve contributing to the strategic direction of the service, developing and implementing policies, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing performance and quality. An opportunity has arisen within Sefton Council for a part-time leisure attendant, based at Bootle Leisure Centre. The post is for a fully qualified NPLQ lifeguard to work as part of a team, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care are maintained.&nbsp; This role requires constant supervision of the poolside; you will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive.&nbsp; This position involves the setting up of equipment to meet the needs of the programmed activities and to undertake cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is well presented to the highest standard.&nbsp; The candidate will have a friendly and approachable manner to always maintain a high level of customer service.&nbsp; The candidate must be NPLQ qualified and must be able to demonstrate competency. &nbsp;Ongoing monthly training is also required.
Please see fixed rota pattern. Suitable candidates must be able to work these hours and shift pattern.
Qualifications 
It is essential you have a current RLSS Royal Lifesaving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. A first aid at work qualification, AED or Pool plant operator’s certificates are also desirable.
