<li>The Customer Service Advisor will own individual enquiries, complaints, and customer requests through to resolution</li>
<li>Responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor will be to provide first contact resolutions to our city’s residents and customers through the Contact Centre and e-Contact always maintaining the highest standard of customer service</li>
<li>As an experienced Customer Service Advisor you will contribute to the process of continually improving Customer Access to quality, cost effective services</li>
<li>As a ‘front of house’ role, a Customer Service Advisor will promote a positive image of Liverpool City Council, working as part of an integrated team</li>
<li>In order to deliver a first call service as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be fully proficient in all aspects of those services delivered through the Liverpool City Council Contact Centre, inclusive of dealing with customer enquiries via multi-channel contact. <li>Providing accessible and comprehensive information and advice to customers on all Liverpool City Council services, by keeping up to date with all aspects of services delivered through Customer Access Contact Centre is instrumental to the role of the Customer service advisor</li>

An opportunity has arisen within Sefton Council for a part-time leisure attendant, based at Bootle Leisure Centre. The post is for a fully qualified NPLQ lifeguard to work as part of a team, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care are maintained.&nbsp; This role requires constant supervision of the poolside; you will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive.&nbsp; This position involves the setting up of equipment to meet the needs of the programmed activities and to undertake cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is well presented to the highest standard.&nbsp; The candidate will have a friendly and approachable manner to always maintain a high level of customer service.&nbsp; The candidate must be NPLQ qualified and must be able to demonstrate competency. &nbsp;Ongoing monthly training is also required.

Qualifications 
It is essential you have a current RLSS Royal Lifesaving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. A first aid at work qualification, AED or Pool plant operator’s certificates are also desirable.

The successful candidates will work as part of a team of customer service advisors offering telephone, e-mail, and social media services to customers across a wide range of council services. They will play a key role in providing customers and residents of Sefton with high-quality customer service, as well as maintaining and updating customer information as appropriate on a Customer CRM system and other relevant database applications.
Do you have strong customer service experience within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment? are you comfortable and confident with managing a demanding and varied workload?
Most of our enquiries are from residents dealing with complex challenging and stressful situations including several enquiries about non-council services. A background in local government would be desirable but the ability to understand and communicate complex messages is essential. Full training will be given to successful candidates who display the customer service qualities we are seeking.
