We are looking for an experienced Resolution Officer to join our Customer Relations Team, we have some great opportunities for customer service professionals wanting to make a difference. As a Resolutions Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and responding to multi faceted complaints in line with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code. The role involves managing a case load of ongoing complaints through to resolution, supporting our residents and colleagues across the business. The aim is to provide the customer with the best outcome that resolves the complaint.
In this role, you will advocate for our residents, communicating with customers via telephone and email to understand their concerns, why they are dissatisfied, where things went wrong and the outcome they seek. You will conduct thorough and impartial investigations of each case you handle, produce excellent written correspondence, and where necessary, award compensation in line with L&amp;Q policy.
We are looking for strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to produce excellent responses, and out the box thinking to resolve complex complaints. You’ll need to be caring, understanding and empathetic.

Successful applicants must have experience dealing with complaints, a confident approach in reviewing cases and be able to challenge decisions. Complaints could cover multiple areas of the business, and therefore strong and effective diplomacy and stakeholder management skills are essential. Being able to manage your time, workload and be highly motivated, is also an important part of the role.

About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting community events? Safety &amp; Security: Carry out health and safety checks, act as a Fire Marshal, and provide first aid when needed.
Venue Security: Open and close the building securely, ensuring all areas are safe and locked appropriately.
Coffee Shop &amp; Bar Work: Step in to support the Coffee Shop operations during busy periods or staff absences. In addition to working the bars at events and supporting catering delivery.
Stakeholder Support: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as the Museum and Library to ensure smooth operations.

We are looking for suitably experienced people to join our friendly Front of House Team helping out with setting up for events, looking after our regular hirers and generally assisting in the running of our newly renovated venue.
We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Front of House Team. This role will predominantly deal with customers so the ideal candidate will be an approachable person who is willing to help out however big or small the task. Manual handling, such as the regular movement of tables and chairs throughout the venue will be a regular task and ensuring that our hirers always receive a positive experience is important.
Prioritising your duties is essential; being reliable and reactive is a must as you may be responsible for the opening and closing of the venue on occasion.
If you are looking for a flexible role working both as part of a team and sometimes alone, can show initiative where necessary and have excellent customer service skills we would like to hear from you.
