Your adaptability, compassion and calm approach will be vital.</p><p>Working side by side with police officers and staff, you will ensure all 999/101 emergency and non-emergency calls are handled quickly, professionally, and calmly. </p><p>You’ll be handling a diverse range of calls, often complex, from missing person reports to road traffic incidents and crimes unfolding in real time.
