As a One Stop Shop Officer, you will deliver a range of council services to our customers.Hours: 20 hours – Wednesday 12pm – 5pm and Thursday & Friday 9.00am – 5pm - Location (Halton Lea - Runcorn)37 hours Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm - Location (Widnes) Your Contributions:You will be responsible in supporting the day-to-day running of the shop which will include a variation of tasks such as admin duties, reception duties and customer service. You will have experience of dealing with customers in a face-to-face capacity or over the telephone, have excellent customer service skills together with the ability to quickly recognise and deal with customer needs. Ideally you will be experienced in the delivery of one or more of the councils services and be used to working in a team environment although not essential for the right candidate.
