About the roleNorth Northamptonshire Council are currently seeking applications from ambitious and motivated individuals to work at Corby East Midlands International PoolWe have an opportunity for two part leisure customer advisors. One contract being 24.25 hours per week -Monday - 14.00-20.00Thursday - 9.00-16.00Friday - 15.00-19.00Saturday - 7.45-15.00 The other contract being 19.25 hours per week - Tuesday - 16.00-22.00Wednesday 16.00-22.00Saturday - 9.00-16.15What will you be doing?<h4>Main Duties and Responsibilities :</h4>(This list contains the main duties and responsibilities of the post holder but it is not an exhaustive list)<ul><li>To develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of the range of services provided by culture and leisure. </li></ul><ul><li>Operating the admissions system in accordance with laid down procedures in respect of –</li></ul><ul><li>Adding new members and required subscriptions. </li><li>Modifying / Updating member records. </li><li>Taking / Confirming bookings for individual activities, courts, classes, courses and holiday activities. </li><li>Answering the telephone and general enquiries as stipulated under facility procedures. </li></ul><ul><li>To use exceptional customer service skills to provide an efficient and friendly service to customers across al communication channels. </li></ul><ul><li>Positively promote the facility through membership sales, leaflets, displays, general daily duties and any such promotional activities. </li></ul><ul><li>To receive and handle customer payments in all acceptable forms in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
