About the Role
We are looking for an energetic team player to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to all of our customers.
This exciting role will allow you to make a real impact on the organisation as a key member of the council’s hard working and high achieving Customer Contact Centre.&nbsp;
About You
As one of the faces and voices of the council not only will you be adept at dealing with a wide range of complex and varied enquiries you will also have the ability to engage effectively with people from all walks of life.
If you have customer service/call centre experience, a high level of computer literacy and plenty of energy and enthusiasm, then this job is for you.
