As the Team Leader for multi-skilled Customer Service Officers, processing numerous types of applications including Planning, HMO Licensing, Building Control, Housing and Taxi Licensing, this is a challenging and demanding role, which will enable you to build on your already established leadership skills.

You will be part of a management team consisting of another Team Leader to work alongside the Team Manager to drive forward this evolving and crucial service.
