Managing data and provide monthly reports to inform dashboard.<br><br>Maintain records of non-statutory referrals by schools, reporting monthly to inform dashboard.<br><br>Maintain pupil files and database ensuring electronic and paper based information is kept up to date and according to EPS policy.  Manage the annual archiving of pupil files.<br><br>Managing the EPS database (currently Impulse) and lead on transfer over to new database (Tribal) ensuring that the EP module fulfils service requirements and to assist with more paperless work.<br><br>Managing EPS traded services, advising schools on purchasing packages, ensuring Senior Management Team and EPs are aware of packages bought.  Keeping accurate data regarding packages bought.<br><br>Gathering EP data to inform Early Help Panel, Schools Support Group and home education enquiries.<br><br>Service data analysis and management and reporting back to dashboard for LA data collection. Analysing EPS measuring impact documents, including parental questionnaires, training evaluations, casework evaluations, school annual service reviews, and producing reports on these.<br><br>Receive incoming telephone calls, correspondence and e-mails for all educational psychologists and ensure accurate messages and/or appropriate action within agreed timescales is taken, using own initiative to advise parents/schools of procedures where appropriate.  All telephone calls on behalf of the service to be dealt with accordingly to ensure that all callers are treated sensitively and with confidentiality. <br><br>To have responsibility for overseeing the supplies and services budget within the Educational Psychology Service budget, reporting to the budget holder.  Order all supplies including test materials to ensure all necessary resources are available when required.<br><br>Process, maintain and monitor financial records relating to all expenditure, identifying and investigating anomalies and referring to the budget holder.  Ensure financial data is accurate, up to date and in accordance with financial regulations and departmental policies and procedures. Raise invoices as required for work done by EPs for outside agencies.<br><br>Organising service delivery and rotas for EP cover for LA meetings including Decision Making Group, Schools Support Group and Top Up Funding meetings, ensuring there is cover when staff absent.
