{"mutations":[],"queries":[{"state":{"data":{"applicationInsightsConnectionString":"InstrumentationKey=986dca8f-ea1f-417a-a41d-912bfa27aec1;IngestionEndpoint=https://westeurope-5.in.applicationinsights.azure.com/;LiveEndpoint=https://westeurope.livediagnostics.monitor.azure.com/;ApplicationId=b91c4025-ea5a-4c27-a932-6754799efa0c","gtmId":"GTM-NDS7R2","features":{"AlternateActionCards":false,"AppliedJobsView":false,"CandidateDatabase":false,"CandidateRedesign":false,"FullCandidateProfile":false,"ImageOptimization":true,"LayoutRedesign":true,"LoadExpiredJobs":true,"LogosFromSameDomain":true,"MakeWaves":false,"NewJobTypes":false,"NewNavbar":true,"NewPlacesAutocomplete":true,"PdfJobDocuments":true,"ReciteMe":true}},"dataUpdateCount":1,"dataUpdatedAt":1726166753658,"error":null,"errorUpdateCount":0,"errorUpdatedAt":0,"fetchFailureCount":0,"fetchFailureReason":null,"fetchMeta":null,"isInvalidated":false,"status":"success","fetchStatus":"idle"},"queryKey":["configuration"],"queryHash":"[\"configuration\"]"},{"state":{"data":{"id":"d4ed68bd-327b-4bd1-b673-f04e4a1fd8a9","title":"Public Reassurance and ASB Officer","synonyms":["Public Reassurance and ASB Officer"],"reference":"DBC/PRASB24","description":"<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to work within a highly respected Community Safety Unit (CSU). </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working within the Community Safety Unit for Dartford Borough Council, this post holder will play an active role in supporting this small team in its objectives.  These include meeting its statutory obligations under the Crime and Disorder Act 1988, specifically taking and co-ordinating actions to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and assisting to maintain the profile of the Community Safety Unit by; recording, maintaining and monitoring ASB cases using approved data systems.  You will provide support and feedback to victims of crime/anti-social behaviour, including taking and drafting witness statements, ensuring that victims remain up to date and positively reassured.  You will identify and make use of appropriate ASB tools and powers against perpetrators of ASB.  Partnership working is important to effectively manage ASB Cases, so you will be expected to work/liaise with other teams and departments within Dartford Borough Council and external agencies including Police, Community Wardens, private and social housing providers to investigate manage and reduce incidents of ASB.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will assist in improving public perception of the unit’s role in tackling crime and anti-social behaviour through attendance and participation at community meetings.  Including raising the profile of the CSU by posting articles on the Community Safety page of the Dartford Borough Council website. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will also undertake administive tasks assisting with the day-to-day functioning of the CSU, including projects, events and the Dartford Town Against Crime (DTAC) Business Crime Partnership scheme.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience of dealing with victims and perpetrators of low level crime and Anti-Social Behaviour would be preferarble.  Along with experience of working with internal departments and external organisations to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour and community safety issues within the local authority area.  Enhanced DBC and Police Vetting Level 2 are required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Community Safety Unit is a co-located office with other council services as well as the Police sharing the same building at the Civic Centre.  You will also be involved with the work of other officers who deal with environmental enforcement, licencing and Parking Services. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full time post, some out of hours and weekend working will occasionally be required. You should hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for which a mileage allowance will be paid.
