Tower Hamlets Council is looking for a passionate and collaborative housing professional – a Housing Supply New Build Coordinator -  to join the Housing Supply Team on a permanent basis, to help take forward a range of projects to increase the supply of new housing in the borough. This role includes management responsibilities and will be suitable for an experienced senior technical officer who will take initiative to co-ordinate and drive forward housing delivery projects.

The Council has an ambitious target of 1,000 affordable homes a year for rent. In addition, you will have knowledge of: preparing bids for funding, writing briefing papers, governance processes, budget monitoring, liaison with key stakeholders and funders, delivery teams and developers.
