Are you a project manager with a depth and breadth of experience who would relish the opportunity to play a key role in our newly established Corporate Development Team (CDT) whilst developing your skills and experience?
This role will be responsible for supporting Project Managers with the delivery of one or more projects in line with approved Project Brief, Business Plan and Budget as assigned by the Development Programme Strategic Lead. Working closely with the Project Manager other Team members, the role is an integral part of the CDT, ensuring effective management, control and delivery of complex projects within the development, construction and property sector.
As part of the CDT you will help support the delivery numerous high-profile capital schemes for the benefit of our residents and visitors. We have a robust Medium Term Financial Strategy and huge opportunities due to significant external investments into the district. We need someone who can work across departments to help deliver our capital aspirations and capital financing functions, to help ensure our financial resilience.
You will report to the Development Projects Manager (Delivery), working closely with wider stakeholders, to support the delivery of our Fit for the Future Programme underpinning our Council Plan.
