A degree-level qualification or equivalent industry experience is required. You'll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. A key focus of this role is to streamline processes, reduce repeatable activities, and foster increased engagement between business and IT teams. As a mentor and coach to Application Support Analysts and IT Analyst Developers, you'll lead by example, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and strong team engagement.
