This post supports our function as planning authorities and wider corporate activity by the capture, maintenance, analysis, and management of spatial data. This role is central to our planning service using geographical information system (GIS) software to support the development of digital solutions. It is an important role in a world where spatial data fuels decisions.</p>\n<p><strong>About you</strong></p>\n<p>You will need to be self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organised. The role will be central to our data analysis and data management processes and systems. You will expand our capacity and maximise growth in the usage of spatial data and the innovative application of GIS to support service delivery.</p>\n<p>You should be capable of digitising to the GIS industry standards and have experience in a technical or data driven role.
