Early Years Area SENCO Team, ISEC Perry Common Rd, Erdington, Birmingham B23 7AT

We require an experienced Early Years Practitioner with proven expertise in supporting children with Special Educational Needs/Disabilities. Our team works in Private Voluntary and Independent settings across Birmingham supporting staff to meet the requirements of the SEND Code of Practice 2015.

The role includes delivering distinct ISEY ( Inclusion Support In Early Years) packages of support to setting staff to meet the learning and development needs of pre-school children with SEND, promoting inclusion and working towards transition to the maintained sector.

You will be educated to the minimum of a relevant Level 3 qualification and will have significant experience working with both pre-school children and children with SEND.
