The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join a committed and enthusiastic team. Our priority is to find an outstanding classroom practitioner, who is a determined and ambitious leader. You must have the vision and skills to work with the Senior Leadership Team to continue to improve standards of teaching and learning for all children.
We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who:
• Is a practising Catholic with a clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic education.
• Secure in their understanding of and commitment to safeguarding.
• Able to lead and develop improvement across the curriculum.
• Is supportive of the Headteacher in driving the school forward.
• Can demonstrate excellent classroom teaching and learning with high expectations of pupil attainment.
• Passionate about children’s learning and has a proven track record of raising attainment and developing the whole child.
• An excellent communicator with good leadership and management skills who can develop and work with existing staff.
• Hard working, well organised and highly motivated.
• Excellent operational skills; able to co-ordinate timetables, staffing cover and monitoring cycles across the school year.
