The successful candidate will liaise with teaching and support staff to enhance the learning environment and education for all students and ensure any additional needs are met.&nbsp; They will work with external agencies to support students.&nbsp; They will be leading interventions for Numeracy and Literacy, with opportunities to support the emotional and social development of students.&nbsp; They will be working with a group of enthusiastic, conscientious and compassionate staff in the Learning Support Department.

About the Role

<li>Hours:&nbsp;27.5 per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am start)</li>

<li>Salary:&nbsp;£16406 (actual)</li>
<li>Contract:&nbsp;Temporary, linked to SEN funding (until 31st August 2026, reviewed prior to this date)</li>

You will primarily support a child on a&nbsp;1:1 basis, while also working with small groups inside and outside the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher.
