Bring your experience working with children and young people with complex needs, or apply transferable skills from related fields, to make a meaningful impact in this role.
What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Play a key role in providing tailored support to pupils with special educational needs throughout all aspects of the school day.</li>
<li>Work with pupils both individually and in small groups supporting them to overcome barriers to learning, delivering teaching, providing positive behaviour support and delivering other focused interventions.</li>
<li>Work as part of a class team, under the direction of the class teacher and trans-disciplinary colleagues, to deliver effective and appropriate teaching, learning and behaviour support in all areas of school life.</li>
<li>Monitor and track progress, providing regular feedback as needed.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.</li>
</ul>
We are looking for people with:

<li>Experience of supporting children and young people with complex needs, or transferrable skills from similar fields.</li>
<li>A strong level of resilience.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs.</li>
