Your new school Lift Rawlett is part of Lift Schools, a MAT of 57 schools with 10 in the Midlands, which allows you access to the best training programmes available as well as more internal opportunities. Your new role You'll be joining a passionate and ambitious English department where reading and language lie at the heart of the curriculum. With a carefully sequenced curriculum covering everything from Shakespeare to modern texts, you'll have the opportunity to shape students' experiences of English and make a lasting impact on their learning journey. What you'll need to succeed You will have a proven track record of delivering English lessons and a broad and balanced curriculum, facilitating a positive learning environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. You will be able to design engaging lessons, assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to raise standards of student attainment. Additionally, you will be able to collaborate with other teaching staff, pastoral staff and parents to support the personal development of students, addressing their individual needs and promoting inclusivity.
