The successful candidate will have the drive, determination and motivation to inspire both staff and students as well as possess the ability to deliver an outstanding educational experience that will make a significant difference to the lives of our pupils.</p>\n<p>They will lead the department to enhance provision, meet targets and exceed the outcomes of learners to ensure they achieve to the best of their ability.  The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to engage with a wide range of students.
