You will work with our other managers in creating an environment where people can be successful and creative in delivering their best work. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, the public, partner agencies and members of the council in a tactful and confident manner. You will also be able to demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving with good negotiation and mediation skills.</p>\n<p>Considerable experience in enforcement is required together with a working knowledge of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
