Previous experience of working within a Revenues/Customer Service environment is desirable although not essential, as full training is provided. Billing and collection of Council Tax has never been more important here at Woking and we have two exciting opportunities for enthusiastic professionals to join our Council Tax Team as Revenue Officers on a permanent basis.

The Revenue Officer will be part of a team responsible for the billing, collection and recovery of Council Tax and Business Rates. You will be customer focused, empathetic but assertive and confident in communicating both verbally and in writing, in order to deliver successful outcomes for customers and for the Council.
