You are adept at fostering community development and are skilled at managing multi-agency projects that align with strategic goals. An excellent relationship builder, your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with a wide range of audiences through both written reports and verbal presentations. You think strategically and can analyse complex data to provide clear, actionable recommendations towards securing long-term system change.<br> <br>Your ability to initiate curious conversation around shifting power, enabling communities and residents and community activism is core to this role. You have a talent to understand, inspire and coordinate communities, and the knowledge to recognise who is the right person to lead a role. You have proven success in collaborating with elected officials, VCFSE organisations, Statutory partners, and residents to achieve tangible outcomes and are comfortable managing budgets and financial aspects of funding programs. Technologically savvy, you utilize IT and social media to enhance communication and engagement efforts.<br> <br>You are skilled at negotiating and achieving desired outcomes with various stakeholders and recognise you'll need to have challenging conversations internally and externally with senior partners to achieve this.
