Shift Hours are 14:00 to 23:00, sleep in, then 07:30 to 15:00 for which you will receive a 6% MUSHA payment.<br><br><b>About you</b><br><br> <strong>Essential</strong>:<ul><li>This role requires good communication skills with young people and adults, with a creative passion to help.</li></ul><ul><li>It is essential that you can use full range of Microsoft Office / and other applications.</li></ul><ul><li>A full UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle on a regular basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work shifts inc weekends / bank holidays and sleep ins.</li></ul><strong>Desirable</strong>:<ul><li>A NVQ Level 4 in Residential Care Qualification is desirable however if you don't have this we will fund and support you getting this.
