The Governing Body of Overchurch Infant School would like to appoint a dynamic, self-motivated and highly organised professional Business Manager to assist with financial management and personnel matters in line with the agreed job description, and take the lead with the organisation of the school office and its associated systems and procedures.

The Role:
As our School Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's financial, administrative, and operational functions. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders to provide strategic leadership in:
*Finance & Budget Management - overseeing budgets, financial planning, and ensuring best value.
*HR & Payroll - managing recruitment, contracts, and staff well-being initiatives.
*Premises & Health & Safety - ensuring our school remains a safe, well-maintained, and inspiring environment.
*Administration & Compliance - ensuring efficient systems and compliance with policies and regulations.

- Experience in financial and business management, ideally within an education setting.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
