We are seeking a professionally qualified and skilled person to fill the following post:-

Salary: Up to £39,177 pa plus £5K market supplement
and up to £1,239 Car Allowance

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated surveyor to work on our current and planned new build and improvement projects, from the initial design to final on site completion. Preference will be given to full Members of the RICS or BIFM.

The role includes keeping up to date with our exciting rolling programme of projects, overseeing planned maintenance works to ensure assets are maintained to an excellent standard, and full contract supervision to deliver all projects on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the work, managing and supporting your team of staff, as well as external consultants when required. You will be the Business Unit’s technical advisor and first point of contact for relevant issues, so sound knowledge and good communication skills are key requirements.
