They will be expected to work in partnership with providers, other agencies and strategic networks.<br><br>As Business Support to the Inclusion Teams within our Hubs, you will assist the teams by providing high-quality and effective administrative support, covering a wide range of activities. You will act as the initial point of contact for customers accessing hub services and ensure high quality customer service for all those accessing the service.<br><br>You will be required to ensure email and telephone communications are responded to swiftly, and that accurate records of all communications are maintained centrally. You will be required to resolve customer enquiries and provide clear information for action for any cases, including where these need to be escalated to managers.
