<li>Lead the development of clear, persuasive, and well-structured funding bids and tender submissions.</li>
<li>Gather and interpret complex information from a range of stakeholders to support strong applications.</li>
<li>Monitor bid outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Council’s funding and procurement strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure bids align with the Council’s priorities and deliver value for money.</li>

Candidate requirements: 
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You’ll need strong writing skills, an analytical mind, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

<li>Proven experience in bid writing, grant writing and commercial tender writing</li>
<li>Strong understanding of public sector procurement and funding mechanisms</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight timeframes</li>
<li>Excellent written communication and editing skills</li>
