About the roleOur Internal Audit service is recognised for its professional, pro-active and supportive approach. We work with all Council services in improving controls, managing risk and driving forward performance in the face of financial and non-financial challenges.We are are keen to hear from potential Auditors who have a passion for working in the public sector for a fixed term role.We work with a range of service areas, making every day different, and deliver internal audit work for a range of external partners. We are currently the trusted internal audit service for a further four local authorities and regularly deliver audits for a range of schools and academy trusts across the region.
