The Post
Business Administrator level 3 Apprenticeship working in the Adult Social care, commissioning, contracting and market management team.
This role will help to support services within Adult care that provide assistance to Brent residents.
Key functionalities

<li>Ensure that individual services are brokered in a timely manner, and that necessary IT systems information requirements are maintained to ensure that other processes such as client charging and billing; provider invoicing and contract monitoring can be maintained.</li>

The Person
No experience is necessary as this is a training role, however, an understanding of the role is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver data projects within the Business Intelligence Programme, driving the shift towards automated, live reporting.</li>
<li>Engage with and support services, building solutions flexibly and creatively using agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project objectives and contribute to strategic priorities.</li>
<li>Provide specialist advice and input to corporate projects and programmes.</li>
<li>Support the development of other data team members and officers, actively sharing technical knowledge and promoting data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Contribute to the creation of a positive culture that supports a strong, efficient, and effective performance culture with a focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction and encourages continuous improvement, in which staff from all sectors can contribute towards system and business process changes.</li>
</ul>
Candidate Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Educated to degree level in a related subject matter (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science) OR minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience</li>
<li>SQL skills (prefereably advanced level)</li>
<li>Experience of using PowerBI or similar software tools for data insight, reporting or performance management</li>
<li>Working with stakeholders to elicit business report requirements and giving expert advice to support and guide managers to ensure a fit for purpose solution to meet their needs</li>
