Housing Systems Officer
Full-time (37 hours) – Permanent and Part-time (32 hours) – Permanent C1 - £33,366 - £36,124 per annum
North Kesteven District Council is seeking two experienced and skilled individuals in application support to become a key player within our Housing Systems Team. This pivotal role places you at the core of the Housing and Property department, supporting the delivery of essential IT functions across the Council and Lafford Homes’ housing portfolio of over 4,000 properties.
Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Experience of practical Applications systems support</li>
<li>Experience of advance reporting tools (for example Business Object, Power BI, SQL)</li>
<li>Experience of MS Excel for advanced reporting and data manipulation</li>
<li>Excellent data input and analysis, experience of providing accurate information</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Implement new modules, while enhancing and maintaining existing ones within the NEC Housing Application suite, to meet operational delivery</li>
<li>Supporting system updates, testing functionality and demonstrating system navigation</li>
<li>Developing procedural guides and producing data reports</li>
<li>Ensure service continuity, including tasks such as processing Direct Debits, generating rent statements, batch queue management, and delivering year-end processing</li>
<li>Working with a range of teams, understanding system requirements and deadlines</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with best business practices (such as BACs regulations), and provide training to system users</li>
</ul>
Key Attributes: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to extract, analyse and present information clearly and accurately to deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to undertake a range of varying tasks and progress projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Good standard of written and oral communication and effective collaboration skills</li>
<li>Proficient with MS Office applications suite</li>
<li>Understanding of social housing landlord operational delivery</li>
</ul>

Housing Systems Officer

LGV DriverEnvironmental ServicesPermanent, 37 hours per week6.00am – 2.00pm Monday-Thursday6.00am – 1.30pm FridayNS7 £28,598 to £30,024 per annumWe are looking for a LGV Driver to join our team, helping to deliver all waste services to homes across the District, including general waste collection, recycling, garden and trade waste, along with the new glass recycling service.You will drive and have responsibility for any of the Council’s heavy goods and light goods vehicles including refuse collection, recycling or road sweeping., ensuring that the vehicles are kept clean and in good working order at all times. Ensuring they meet the standards set down in law with respect to legal vehicle operation is essential.The position will entail working unsociable hours in all weathers. Working past the usual finish time is sometimes required where there is a need in order to provide a full service to residents.You should be physically fit, with the ability to work alone and unsupervised. Full training, uniform and PPE will be provided. Experience in working in a similar environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
