The Better, Safer Kilburn scheme is a £12m project to make the town centre a safer and more attractive place to visit, improve air quality, encourage walking and cycling, and create a more pleasant and welcoming town centre. Shared Technology Services are looking for a Finance Officer to support the Financial Controller in providing efficient and timely support in the provision of a comprehensive professional finance service that fulfils partner Councils statutory, corporate and operational requirements.

Appoint and manage consultant teams, monitor budgets and programmes, and ensure quality control throughout.</li><li>Strategic Project Delivery: Support the identification and assessment of new development opportunities. Design and Planning Project Manager

Please note this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our Investment team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering major sustainability retrofit programmes across our housing portfolio. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that involves managing refurbishment and improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and residents to ensure that every project meets regulatory requirements and delivers excellent customer outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to improving homes, reducing carbon emissions, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will be required to attend the office a minimum of two days per week and 3 days on site. What you'll doYou’ll lead the delivery of sustainability retrofit projects, preparing specifications and schedules of works in line with PAS2035 standards. You’ll manage relationships with consultants and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with procurement, statutory and regulatory frameworks. You’ll act as the Client under CDM Regulations, provide technical advice to colleagues, and oversee the performance of external partners. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all tenures.
